Our Fee Structure
Our fee structure consists of 30% of the candidates first year total compensation.
The first invoice is sent once our client agrees that the candidate slate fits the requisites for the role (during the market check call, typically around the 21-day mark). The second invoice is sent approximately 30 days after the first and the final invoice is sent once the selected candidate has started in the position.
Our success-based fee structure fosters trust early and ensures continued commitment throughout the search.
